About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of ABA Services Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for working closely with our team of dedicated professionals to provide top-notch Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children between the ages of 2 and 6. This will involve implementing treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collecting data on client progress, and communicating effectively with families, team members, and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in a clinical setting, incorporating various activities to promote skill development.
  • Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers under the guidance of BCBAs to provide comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, including data collection and documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is an asset.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and attendance.
  • RBT certification is preferred, but we offer training and certification support for those who need it.
  • Show empathy and a willingness to work with young children, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Be prepared to undergo CPR training and a background check as part of our hiring process.

Compensation Package:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $18.00, with regular raises every six months for the first two and a half years.
  • $50 monthly attendance incentive bonus.
  • $50 monthly incentive for accuracy of documentation.
  • An attractive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with a 4% match.
  • A generous life insurance policy and paid time off, including eight holidays and your birthday off.
