About the Role

We're seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Neiman Marcus Group Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences during our busiest time of year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients into our stores and departments, ensuring a seamless transition to our sales team.
  • Work in various areas of the store based on business needs, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Process transactions efficiently and effectively, handling escalated issues with professionalism and poise.
  • Demonstrate follow-up on client requests, questions, and needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup, Alterations, and Fitting Room Experiences, working closely with our Operations team and Managers.
  • Look for opportunities to enhance the client experience by introducing our services, such as Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, package carry-out, or delivery.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role, with a proven ability to sell products and services.
  • Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
