We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banking and Cashiering Specialist to join our team at Full House Resorts. As a key member of our casino cage team, you will be responsible for operating the main bank, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

• Transaction Processing: Process and verify all transactions and documentation in accordance with gaming regulations, laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Cash Handling: Maintain accurate disbursing of guest and company funds, exchange gaming chips and tickets, cash checks, and process markers and fills.
• Bank Balance Management: Monitor cash intake in Count room areas, including the counting of all monies and verification of complete collection figures.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Document and issue receipts for markers, pay outs, jackpots, safekeeping, and table fills; audit documentation for fill traffic from all gaming areas.
• Guest Service: Provide excellent internal and external guest service, respond to guest inquiries, and advise on current promotions.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with training and direction as needed, and work collaboratively with fellow cage personnel to ensure seamless operations.

• Education: High School or GED preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year cage cashiering experience.
• Skills: Basic math skills with knowledge of currency, strong communication skills, and ability to handle high-volume and stressful situations.
• Certifications and Licenses: Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

• Bilingual: Bilingual a plus.
