Job Overview

Mavis Tire Supply seeks a skilled Automotive Team Lead/Service Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our repair shop in the Charlotte, NC area.


The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. About the Position

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, as well as basic math and pc skills. The individual will be responsible for scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, ordering parts, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs exceeding customer expectations, the safety of personnel, and housekeeping of the shop.
