LPN Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in an Assisted Living setting. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Supervise and train nursing assistants to ensure they are providing high-quality care to residents.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.

Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
• Previous geriatric nursing/long-term care experience is a plus.
