Position Overview:
This role is for a Physical Therapist working within a school environment.

The therapist will provide services to children in both individual and group formats, utilizing push-in or pull-out methods from the classroom.


Documentation Responsibilities:

Daily logging of completed sessions, detailed session notes, quarterly progress reports, and annual assessments, including updates to recommendations and goals for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Strong communication skills, adaptability, and collaboration are essential for success in this role.


Applicants are encouraged to thoroughly review all aspects of this job listing. Assess, diagnose, and treat various gross motor and developmental challenges. Develop tailored care plans for each student while working collaboratively within a team.
