About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at MySpot. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic, comprehensive care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine each child's physical strengths and challenges.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, focusing on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional abilities.
  • Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions through fun and engaging activities to motivate children and promote progress.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and parents to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and education to families on therapeutic exercises and activities to support their child's progress outside of therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and communication with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas.
