Travel Nurse Career Opportunity in Richmond, Virginia

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing.
About the JobThis is a travel nursing opportunity that offers a rewarding experience for healthcare professionals looking to make a difference in the lives of patients. As a Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs.
- Monitor and administer medications, including oral, subcutaneous, and IV administration.
- Educate patients and their families on surgical processes and self-management techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and medication administration.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A current RN license in the United States.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care setting, preferably in a Long Term Acute Care unit.
- BLS & ACLS certifications.
- Experience working with ventilators, tracheostomies, and other life-supporting equipment.
