Job Title: Restaurant District Manager

Marco's Pizza is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant District Manager to lead our restaurant operations in the district. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team of restaurant managers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead and direct restaurant managers to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the regional director of operations to develop and implement district-wide initiatives and programs.
  • Manage and control district-level expenses, including labor, inventory, and marketing costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and community leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and find creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Food safety certification and/or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with restaurant operating systems, including point-of-sale and inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws and workers' compensation.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial planning, including forecasting and variance analysis.
