The projects encompass a diverse range of transportation design activities for local agency clients, focusing on roadways, complete streets, trails, and drainage/water quality in the Truckee Meadows, Tahoe Basin, and Eastern Sierra regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects to ensure they meet or surpass client expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop project scopes and proposals while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Prepare plans, specifications, and engineering estimates.
  • Review field reports and provide guidance to both office and field personnel.
  • Mentor and support project team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering.
  • Possession of a Nevada Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or the ability to obtain reciprocity within six months.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
