Job Title: Factory Director

In a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment, we seek an experienced Factory Director to lead our Tyler, TX facility. With a strong track record of driving productivity and enhancing performance, you will be responsible for directing daily operations, overseeing staff activity, and developing processes to increase efficiency.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90k-$120k, commensurate with experience. If you have 10+ years of experience working in a flexographic printing plant with labels specifically, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive quality and safety initiatives, we encourage you to apply.
