Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Branch Associate to provide exceptional service at our branch locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers, offering advice and recommendations, and maintaining a clean and organized retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Deliver products to customers and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Offer advice and recommendations to customers based on their needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail store, including tracking inventory and preparing orders
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading equipment and supplies onto trucks
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination and DOT physical
