Position Overview:
Full-Time | Evening Shift
Competitive salary with recent increases
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient needs and develop tailored care plans based on physician directives and established protocols.
- Implement educational initiatives for patients and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and unlicensed staff, serving as a preceptor for new hires and nursing students.
- Maintain effective communication with medical personnel and administrative staff to foster a cohesive work environment.
- Assess and enhance the quality of care provided, addressing any issues that arise in patient management.
- Oversee unit operations in the absence of senior leadership, ensuring continuity of care and support.
- Utilize clinical judgment and experience to achieve departmental goals.
Work Schedule:
- 3 shifts of 12 hours, with varying days
- Self-scheduling options available
- Some weekend shifts required

Qualifications:
- Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Required: Current RN license
- Required: BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Neonatal or Intensive Care settings
