Position Overview

Under the guidance of the Director of Cardiopulmonary Services and the Clinical Coordinator of the Respiratory Therapy Department, this role is tasked with delivering and documenting comprehensive respiratory therapy services as permitted by the respiratory care practitioner license, all while operating under the direct oversight of the medical director.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program.
  • Possession of a California Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hiring.
  • Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hiring.
  • California Fire and Life Safety Card from a recognized national organization within 30 days of hiring.
  • National Provider ACLS certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hiring.
  • National Provider PALS certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hiring.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range provided is the base pay; additional compensation may be available for this position, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
