We are currently hiring an Autism Interventionist to join our team at Cortica - Neurodevelopmental in Concord and surrounding areas.

The salary for this position is estimated at $28.39 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to providing fair compensation for its employees.

As an Autism Interventionist, you will be responsible for implementing behavior-analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences, working closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior-analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required
  • Current RBT or BCAT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
