United Solar is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for recent graduates from high school or college who are eager to embark on a career in sales. As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advocating for our cutting-edge solar energy solutions to homeowners by strategically canvassing neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct door-to-door outreach to inform residents about rising utility costs and present solar panel solutions.
- Engage with potential clients to analyze their energy expenses and demonstrate how solar energy can help reduce their bills.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Regularly document and report on sales activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and persuasion techniques.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
- Able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
