Company Overview: Fish Window Cleaning of Alabaster is seeking a dedicated Estimate Writer for both full-time and part-time positions. All necessary equipment and comprehensive training will be provided.

This role involves engaging with local enterprises and residential clients in the Birmingham Metro area. Ideal candidates should possess a friendly demeanor and enjoy a dynamic work environment where each day presents new challenges. Comfort with sales techniques, both via phone and face-to-face, is essential, including cold calling and following up on potential leads. Training and access to company vehicles will be included.

Typical Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM

Compensation: $14-$20+ per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new commercial opportunities through follow-up calls to key contacts established during direct sales efforts.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales targets.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and follow-through on established contacts.
