Pharmacy Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at GreenLife Healthcare Staffing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- Monitor and analyze pharmacy operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
- Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of professionalism during stressful times
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Valid driver's license
- Background and drug screen
