Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at GreenLife Healthcare Staffing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
  • Monitor and analyze pharmacy operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of professionalism during stressful times
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Background and drug screen
