We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in Pennsylvania.
About the Role:
As a Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of laboratory professionals and overseeing the daily operations of the lab.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of laboratory professionals to ensure efficient and effective lab operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the lab, including quality control and quality assurance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless lab operations
Requirements:
- College degree in a related field
- ASCP certification
- Prior experience in laboratory leadership or management
