About the Role:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving their functional status and overall well-being.
• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arkansas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
