Barista Specialist

Tsoko Cafe is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. As a Beverage Craftsmen, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

The estimated salary for this position is around $42,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.

You'll be responsible for:

• Beverage Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and foods according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including wearing appropriate attire and using personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.

You'll also be expected to work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
