Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation and care of surgical patients and the operating room under the direct supervision of an operating room RN.
- Assemble, set up, and use surgical instrumentation and equipment during surgical procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
- Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
- National certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
- Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration is required prior to start date.
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
- Previous experience is preferred.
