Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team at Larson Electronics. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and testing high-quality Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and disconnect switches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construct and assemble PDUs and disconnect switches to meet company standards and customer specifications.
  • Review and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate build requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the building process, applying problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  • Conduct routine inspections of parts before assembly, identifying defects and ensuring only top-quality components are used.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain a high standard of production and deliver safe, efficient products.
  • Comply with all workplace health and safety protocols, contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in an electrical assembly or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Able to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of safety standards in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to work in a team, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
