About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Specialist to join our Gastroenterology South Endoscopy Center team at The Oregon Clinic. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chart preparation and management
  • Scheduling patient appointments and procedures
  • Patient check-in and registration
  • Outbound phone calls to patients and providers
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of medical front office experience
  • Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, preferably EPIC
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and providers
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
