MRI Technologist Job Description

Destinationone Consulting is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare recruitment team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for MRI scans, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Operate MRI equipment and manage imaging protocols to produce high-quality images.
  • Assess images for quality and report any issues to the radiologist.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Educate patients about the MRI process and answer their questions.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Certification in MRI technology from ARRT or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of MRI physics and safety practices.
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills.
