Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Careers. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for providing program expertise on engineering subsystems, maintaining a baseline of operational products, and providing operations certification training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide program expertise on engineering subsystems and maintain a baseline of operational products.
  • Work a combination of systems analyst and training-related tasks, including development and improvement of operations processes/products, investigation and diagnosis of unexpected system signatures, and coordination across multiple contractor organizations.
  • Selected analysts will provide on-call support to lead the resolution of system issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and upgrade operational training materials and system simulator products.
  • Provide classroom lecture and system simulator training.
Requirements
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience developing and maintaining operational procedures, products, and training materials.
  • Experience with Linux and scripting languages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good presentation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks under general supervision.
  • Proficiency using MS Office.
  • Work within a multi-contractor badge-less team environment.
  • Self-motivating with the ability to proactively complete assigned tasks.
