Job Description

We are seeking a Laundry Attendant to join our team at White Barn Inn, a luxury resort located in Kennebunkport, Maine. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that linens are crisp and public spaces exude cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs. Ability to communicate in English is also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and launder linens, towels, and other textiles, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies in public areas to ensure a continuous state of cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address any laundry or public area-related issues promptly.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic and hazard-free working environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
