Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Pali Momi Medical Center. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients who have difficulty producing speech sounds, such as rhythm and fluency problems, stuttering, voice disorders, cognitive communication impairments, or simply those who wish to improve their communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language services and consultation for inpatients and outpatients at medical center locations and contract sites.
  • Work with a team of highly trained specialists, including audiologists, speech-language therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients reach their full potential in mobility, communication, and daily living skills.

Requirements:

  • Current Hawai'i Speech Pathologist license.
  • Current American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certification.
  • Current American Heart Association Heart Saver – AED CPR card.
  • One (1) year general speech language pathology experience preferred.
