Youth Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our child residential program at Eliada Homes Inc in West Asheville. Our team is passionate about supporting children aged 11 to 17, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for career advancement.
As a Youth Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and structure to our young residents. You will work under new leadership to implement behavioral intervention techniques and ensure the well-being of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 21 years old. You should also be passionate about helping children in need and possess strong communication skills.
In this role, you can expect a salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including PTO and sick leave.
