Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the long-term sustainability of our organization.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to our board of directors and other stakeholders.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
- Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our association, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our financial staff, and contribute to the development of our team's skills and expertise.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit or government organization.
