Production Craftsman

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Generalist to join our team at Blueprint Studios. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, from painting and sanding to materials preparation and minor repairs.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $55,000 - $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will work closely with our designers, craftspeople, and professionals to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients.

Job Summary:

This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will need to be able to lift and move heavy objects, as well as work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:

• Paint a variety of surfaces using paintbrushes and spray painting equipment
• Perform general labor duties, such as sanding, brushing, and materials preparation
• Complete minor repairs and touch-ups on furniture, fixtures, and other display items
• Assist fellow team members with handling and lifting bulky or awkward items
• Load and unload trucks

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a fabrication shop preferred
• Experience with painting equipment, paint preparation, and paint applications required
• Good hand tool skills and attention to detail
• Possess a valid driver's license
