Telecommunications Supervisor

At Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Supervisor to join our team. As a Telecommunications Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in overseeing and implementing our company's construction program, ensuring that each job site adheres to our construction rules, practices, and policies.

• Supervise and implement the Company Construction Program, ensuring compliance with construction rules, practices, and policies.
• Represent the company and interface with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities.
• Coordinate, lead, and provide assistance to crews, subcontractors, and other interested parties.
• Ensure construction schedules are met on time and that all Corporate Policies and Procedures are followed.
• Organize, plan, multi-task, prioritize, and re-prioritize daily workload, working with minimum supervision and meeting deadlines.

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Working knowledge of telecommunications industry standards, practices, and regulations pertaining to the construction of fiber optic and copper cable outside plant facilities.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and engineering requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work in a solo and team environment, travel, and work extended hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
