Nurse Supervisor (RN) Responsibilities:
- Oversee the resident care of your assigned unit, ensuring high-quality care and services.
- Supervise and direct nursing assistants and other nurses in your unit, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Accurately chart and maintain documentation for residents, adhering to regulatory requirements and BRIA's standards.
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed, maintaining a safe and secure medication management system.
- Foster a positive working relationship with all team members, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Nurse Supervisor (RN) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- A valid, current nursing license in Florida.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least three years of experience in long-term care, with a proven track record of leadership and supervision.
Bonus Details:
The sign-on bonus will be paid at 90 and 180 days of employment, as per BRIA's compensation policy.
Compensation Information:
Hourly wage range: 38-45 dollars per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
