Chief Financial Strategist

Job OverviewFUCHS Lubricants Co. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality lubricants. We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our team in the Accounting and Finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in leading financial teams and driving business growth.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $180,000 and $260,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth, improving financial reporting and analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth
• Lead the Accounting and Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree / MBA from an accredited university
• 15+ years professional experience working in Accounting / Finance
• 7+ years of P&L responsibility and budget preparation
• 10+ years of experience in an A/F management / leadership role
