A Day in the Life
As a Clinical Registered Nurse II, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, directing, and delegating patient care to ensure the delivery of safe, quality care. You will work collaboratively with physicians, team members, and other departments to optimize patient outcomes. Your expertise and leadership skills will be valued as you serve as a clinical expert, mentor, and resource to your colleagues.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Current valid California RN license
* Possession of BLS-HCP American Heart as required by Hospital policy
* ONS Chemo/Biotherapy Provider Care preferred
* Professional certification encouraged in a related domain (ex. oncology, orthopedics, gerontology, medical-surgical, pain)
* Demonstrated ability to transfer scientific knowledge from social, biological, and physical sciences in applying the nursing process
