About the Role:

Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our team. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing exercise and wellness programs for patients under the supervision of a physical therapist or physician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with patients to establish medical histories, exercise histories, and exercise goals.
  • Develop individualized exercise plans and provide clinical oversight of exercise programs.
  • Perform diagnostic tests as indicated to assess patient health and fitness.
  • Ensure all patient documentation is completed in a timely fashion.
