We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Outpatient Only Therapist to join our team. This role will involve evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of mental health areas for commercially insured patients of all ages in a supportive outpatient setting.

This is a hybrid position that allows for a flexible mix of in-person and telemedicine appointments, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our competitive salary range is $98,000 - $126,000 per year, with opportunities to earn unlimited incentives paid in real-time.

In addition to therapy, you will have the opportunity to integrate innovative treatments such as TMS and Spravato while benefiting from a generous compensation package and significant support.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a matching 401(k) plan, four weeks of PTO, sick time, and ten paid holidays. You will also have access to modern office settings with front office and administrative support, along with the latest technology platforms.

The ideal candidate will have an active license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW) in the state of delivering care and be proficient in utilizing EHR and technology platforms within the role.
