Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU - Progressive Care UnitJob Summary:

Community Medical Centers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a nursing job in Fresno, California. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PCU environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and medication administration
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year recent ICU, Critical Care, Stepdown bedside experience highly preferred
  • California RN state license
  • Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association required
  • ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire or transfer into job
  • Ability to take On-Call during the week and work some weekends and holidays
