We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at the Elizabeth Levinson Center in Bangor, Maine. As a CNA with UCP of Maine, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
About Our FacilityThe Elizabeth Levinson Center is a 14-bed Intermediate Care Facility that provides a supportive and inclusive environment for residents. With a low staff-to-resident ratio, you will have the chance to build strong relationships with your clients and provide high-quality care.
Compensation and Benefits- Starting hourly wage: $19.04, based on experience
- $1500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions
- $750 sign-on bonus for part-time positions
- $500 sign-on bonus for per diem positions
- Shift differential: $7 per hour on weeknights, $9 per hour on weekends
In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including:
- Low CNA-to-resident ratios (2:1 and 3:1)
- Full-time CNAs can access a wide array of benefits options
- Holiday and shift differential pay
- Paid time off for full-time and part-time CNAs
