Prestige Beauty Expert

At Ulta Beauty, we're seeking a talented and passionate Prestige Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Prestige Beauty Advisor, you will have the opportunity to help our guests discover the truest expressions of their personal beauty.

• Greet and Assist Guests: Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service to all guests, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
• Product Knowledge and Promotion: Inform guests of current promotions, events, and services within the store, promoting the Ulta Beauty loyalty and guest service programs.
• Sales and Productivity: Meet or exceed individual sales and productivity goals, maximizing sales and creating raving fans who can't help but come back for more.
• Visual Merchandising and Store Standards: Ensure all testers within the prestige area are continuously in stock and maintained in compliance with hygiene standards, and that stock is always kept full within the prestige categories.
• Makeup Applications and Demonstrations: Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations, showcasing the expertise and knowledge of the prestige cosmetic lines.
• Appointment Booking and Event Planning: Book appointments for scheduled special events and ensure that all resets and planograms are correctly executed and maintained.

• Education: High school diploma is preferred, and a Demonstrators license is required in Nevada.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships, proven ability to drive sales, products, and services, strong leadership and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

On a regular basis, requires the ability to stand, bend, and lift 50 pounds of merchandise for a full-scheduled shift.
