**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting. As a key member of our team, you will foster patient-centered care and demonstrate clinical competency in assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, incorporating evidence-based practices and research
* Foster patient/family-centered care and demonstrate clinical competency in assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes
* Incorporate knowledge of safety protocols, cost containment, and quality improvement throughout the nursing process
* Identify patient, unit, and organizational priorities and incorporate into the nursing process
* Adhere to all compliance and policy/procedures of the organization, including licensure renewal, assigned training, employee health screenings, time and attendance policy, dress code policy, patient confidentiality, infection control, and medication administration
**Work Environment**
Our acute inpatient setting requires staff to be scheduled for a significant amount of shift, weekend, holiday, and on-call work.
