Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Manager Trainee to join our team. As a Manager Trainee, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will further develop your leadership skills and prepare you for accelerated career growth. Our centers are fast-paced, and we tackle rare disease with passion and dedication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a 12-month training program that includes career growth and development, learn operations management, contribute to creating life-changing medicines, travel opportunities, and supportive teamwork.
  • Develop skills in financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, people, and facilities management.
  • Assist with production as needed and create a positive donor experience.
  • Relocate to one of BioLife's locations after completing the program and being promoted into a management position.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of leadership experience (approximately 3 years).
  • Experience with supervising team members, including skills in coaching, developing, and holding performance management conversations.
  • Travel requirements vary by program path.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Have a valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program.
  • Ability to frequently lift to 32 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and the FDA.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
