Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Shop Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
    • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and customer service targets
    • Manage and supervise store employees to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and timely
  • Financial Management
    • Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits
    • Manage and control store budgets and forecasts
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial reports and tasks
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming store environment
    • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail or sales environment
    • Proven track record of success in a leadership or management role

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Post-secondary education in a related field an asset
