Front of House Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisor to lead our team of cashiers and provide exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on a challenging role in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of cashiers to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain the front of the house, including processing transactions, handling cash and credit card transactions, and coordinating tasks.
  • Train staff members on customer services, cash handling, product knowledge, and application processes and procedures.
  • Count, organize, and balance cash drawers, fill out cashier slips, and make deposits.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Basic math and counting skills.
  • Experience in a supervisory or related role preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:

$55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
