Job Summary

As an Occupational Therapist - Adult Behavioral Health, you will provide direct and indirect Occupational Therapy services to Adult and Adolescent Behavioral Health inpatients. This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and a State OTR license.


Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' level of functioning and treatment needs, develop treatment plans, and implement age-appropriate, patient-specific treatment.
  • Communicate and coordinate patient plans of care, and complete required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Provide supervision on group topics and group skills to inpatient staff, and input to patient schedules.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to enhance patient planning and feedback.

Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • State OTR license required.
  • Experience in working with the chronic BH/psychiatric population is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills, team orientation, and written and verbal communication skills.
