Medical Records Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Premier Specialty Physicians. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments and managing their accounts in a confidential manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient schedules and coordinate appointment times with healthcare providers
- Process and update patient information, including demographic and insurance data
- Respond to patient inquiries and address any billing or payment concerns
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures
Salary Range:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
