Property Management Specialist

At Commercial and Residential Management Group, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team.

Salary: $23-$26 per hour

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges. With a focus on customer service and property management, this role requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and manage direct reports, ensuring they meet their job requirements
  • Market the property to attract new residents and retain existing ones
  • Maintain property integrity, including regular inspections and repairs
  • Collect rents, prepare reports, and handle other bookkeeping tasks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential residents
  • Work closely with the Supervising Property Manager to achieve company goals

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in property management is required
  • One year of supervisory experience is also necessary
  • Previous customer service experience is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Entrata Property Management Software is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
