Transactions Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Harrisburg, PA office, focusing on Real Estate, Business and Corporate, and Trusts and Estates practice groups.

• Contract Negotiation: Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, leases, wills, trusts, corporate governance documents, and other legal instruments.
• Due Diligence Investigation: Conduct, review, and analyze due diligence investigations.
• Government Relations: Work with governmental agencies to obtain necessary development approvals.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop legal strategies and communicate effectively with clients.

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 3-6 years of experience practicing transactional law, with relevant experience in real estate and trusts and estates preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.
