As a vital part of our fast-paced dining establishment, the Food Service Crew Member position encompasses a variety of responsibilities that contribute to an exceptional guest experience. This role includes working across multiple stations such as Beverage Preparation, Food Assembly, Grilling, Frying, and, when necessary, Drive-Thru operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently taking customer orders and providing accurate change.
  • Delivering enthusiastic food service to our patrons.
  • Ensuring all menu items are packaged correctly while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Crafting beverages and delightful frozen treats.
  • Preparing food orders, grilling items, and managing the fry station as required.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including waste disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, and sanitizing food preparation zones.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the restaurant.
  • Strong communication skills along with basic math and reading abilities.
  • Commitment to upholding the appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards of our establishment.
  • Basic understanding of the food service or retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
