Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Associate Dentist to join our successful and well-established family dental practice in rural Pennsylvania. As a valued member of our team, you will provide general dentistry and any specialty that you are comfortable delivering. We will mentor you as needed on any procedures you desire.

Our Practice:
Our office is equipped with 6 operatories and up-to-date equipment. We are staffed with General Dentists, Hygienists, and EFDA's, as well as administrative staff. We are open to negotiations in our offer and rural life here couldn't be better.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a daily minimum of $750 for 90 days, followed by 32% - 35% of collections. We also offer a 401(k) with up to 5% match, negotiable CE allowance, sign-on bonus or relocation assistance, and equity ownership option.

Requirements:
We welcome new grads. You must have a DMD or DDS degree from an accredited college and a current Dentist license in Pennsylvania. We use Denticon/PlanetDDS.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, flexible
